Fast dispatch/shipping times are very important to us which is why we have in place a streamline process to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We may be able to change or cancel an order for you if your order has not been fulfilled by the time we are able to read your message. Please use the contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
What to do if you have received an attempted delivery notice.
Your first action would be to follow the instructions on the notice that has been left. They may have written that it has been left in a safe place or at a neighbours.
If this is not the case please read it carefully as it may:
- tell you where you are able to pick it up from.
- ask you to contact them to arrange a day and time for re-delivery.
- inform you when they are going to attempt to re-deliver it.
We do accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please see our Return Policy for a more detailed answer as this may differ depending on your reason for return and how much time has elapsed since you have received your order.
If you are not satisfied with your product please do get in touch with us. We would really like the opportunity to know why you are not satisfied and to potentially help resolve the issue for you.

Firstly we apologise if your item has arrived damaged or faulty. Please get in touch with us straight away. You will have upto 7 days from receiving your order to disclose this to us so that we can investigate this further. Any claims after 7 days shall be void.
Once your return has been successfully accepted and you have returned your product to us, we will then inspect the product and notify you accordingly if your return has been approved.
If your refund has been approved it will then be processed. Depending on your payment method this should be back with you within 5 business days after approval from ourselves at Airre Nails.

Absolutely, AIRRE false nails, glue and accessories are professional quality nail products for salons or home use (including beginners). Just make sure you follow the 'How to apply' and you'll have that perfect lasting manicure in no time.
*Tip - Ensure you protect all work surfaces before starting.
Please store all AIRRE NAILS products in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach from children.
Some products such as the false nail glue will be marked with a 6M symbol, this means the product has a 6 month quality shelf life after the seal has been opened. At the end of 6 months please discard the product and purchase another.
There are two ways to reset your password.
1. If you have created an account and unable to login due to an incorrect password, please go to the login page and click on the little link below the text box saying 'forgot password'. This will then prompt you to enter your email address you registered, and then it will send you password reset instructions to your email to follow.
2. If you are able to successfully login and you wish to change your password please go to your account setting and follow the security settings within there.
