COVID 19: Shipping Updates
We are still open for business and processing orders normally! However, you may experience delays due to curtailments to normal postal services. We are monitoring our orders closely and will continue to ship orders Priority Business Class within the UK. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us on our website or at info@airrenails.com.

Shipping Information
All orders placed on our website www.airrenails.com are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment, Monday through Friday with a 3 pm cut off time. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next working day. During peak delivery periods such as Christmas and Valentine’s day, you can expect your order to take a little longer to be delivered as standard postage may take a little longer due to the delivery companies.

SHIPPING
UK Shipping:
We offer free delivery in the UK for orders over £10. We are committed to speedy deliveries and most orders within the UK are delivered within 1-5 working days. If you are located within the UK and haven’t received your order after 7 working days of purchase, please contact us (whilst covid is still an issue please allow 14 days).

EU Shipping:
Currently available from our Amazon store. Searching for AIRRE NAILS on Amazon for a list of our products

International Shipping:
Currently unavailable.

Shipping methods
- UK Standard delivery is free for orders over £10 and sent via Business 1st Class Post and £1.99 for orders under £10.

Returns Policy
In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course look to exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.

Prior to making any returns. You must first contact info@airrenails.com for further details. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Please note; we are only able to accept returns purchased from this website, if you have purchased your AIRRE products from another store such as eBay, Amazon or Etsy etc then please use the stated return process on that platform.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days (UK) & 10 working days (International). 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify our customer service team on info@airrenailscom within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will then provide you with the next steps if an exchange is applicable.

If an exchange is applicable, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

AIRRE NAILS do not pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
