Wholesale Policy
GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business
and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are as such.
You are authorised to sell through your own physical retail stores, online website,
eBay, and other e-commerce platforms (Subject to restrictions below).
Restrictions:
- Selling AIRRE NAILS products via Amazon in any way is strictly forbidden.
- Re-selling AIRRE NAILS products to other retailers for the intention for them to resell is strictly forbidden. Breaching restrictions will result in legal action for any damages, compensation and or your removal from any restricted areas as mentioned in the terms of agreement between yourself (retailer) and AIRRE NAILS LTD.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Orders will have a minimum order spend to qualify for wholesale prices. Some products may require a MOQ (minimum order quantity) which will be detailed on the wholesale catalogue page which will be given upon enquiry. Due to high demands in seasonal holidays and events, we cannot guarantee our usual quick delivery time if an order if submitted at peak times. Please prepare and place orders early to ensure you are fully stocked for occasions such as Christmas (e.g. 1 month in advance of peak period).
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments links will be sent which will include direct bank transfer.
No orders will be processed until full payment is received. Orders must be prepaid; we do not offer accounts. You will be emailed the invoice and goods will be held for 3 days pending payment. Please note that we only hold limited stock so all orders will be held for a maximum of 3 days and then being reallocated to another stockist. Orders may be canceled up until the order has been allocated/dispatched.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced, in unforeseen circumstances we also hold the right to cancel orders where appropriate.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced to the retailer with their confirmed order. Delivery is typically within 2 to 5 days after production for UK Based customers (worldwide shipping times will vary on location). We use (but not limited to) UPS, FedEx, Parcel Force and Royal Mail, based on cost affordability.
If your shipment is damaged in transit you must agree to contact AIRRE NAILS LTD within 7 days of delivery.
Any problems must be reported in writing or by email and retailer cannot return goods until they have received written authorisation. Goods sent back without one will not be credited to your account.
PRICING POLICY
Goods must not be marked-up or marked-down without the written consent of AIRRE NAILS LTD. Goods should be sold to Consumers no more than 20% lower of the MSRP. Goods can be sold at a discounted price. The discounted items on a temporary sale cannot be sold at less than 40% of the MSRP.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made
available on the website, or any content shared to you via email or online drives etc are the sole property of AIRRE NAILS LTD. The website, designs, products, images, and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of AIRRE NAILS LTD. You hereby agree to not reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advanced express written consent of AIRRE NAILS LTD.
RESALE PRODUCT RULES
AIRRE NAILS LTD packaging or products are not to be modified for resale. Products are to be sold only as received from AIRRE NAILS LTD via wholesale. Strictly no opening of multi packs and selling individually. They are to be sold only in their full and proper packaging as you would have received them, products may not be sold on if they are not sold in their original packaging as received, and must be disposed of appropriately.
AIRRE NAILS LTD from time to time will do secret shopper quality checks. Breaching restrictions will result in AIRRE NAILS LTD taking legal action for any damages, compensation and will hold the right to restrict all future sales to your company and any companies we believe to be related.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of AIRRE NAILS LTD. AIRRE NAILS LTD does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the airrenails.com website or via our invoicing platforms such as Xero.
By purchasing from us in bulk/wholesale you AGREE that you have read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions described herein. This agreement is for all current orders and future orders placed by yourself or any person purchasing on behalf of your company.
